Terms of Service
✦ I have the right to deny commissions, cancel them and refuse to make certain changes to the art after sketch has been completed
✦ Turnaround time within 4 weeks
✦ Payments are always upfront unless the payment exceeds $200, a payment plan can be arranged
✦ I will send you a sketch for approval, any work past this point cannot be refunded
✦ After the commission is completed, I will send you a full resolution file (.psd) and image (.png)
✦ Please be patient with communication as I am neurodivergent, mentally ill and work outside of art.
Terms of Use
✦ You may not trace or copy any of my art including commissions (referencing allowed) withoutmy explicit permission
✦ You may not use my art in conjunction with an AI or learning program used to study/replicate art
✦ Do not remove my watermark
✦ Reposting your commissioned artwork is allowed only on twitter, instagram, toyhouse with credit
✦ Do not claim my artwork as your own creation
✦ My art may not be used for commercial purposes/monetary gain unless a $100 USD extra fee is paid
✦ I have the right (copyright) to post/use commissions as examples of artwork, please ask if you would like not to be tagged in a post
