✦ Payments are always upfront, before I start.
Payment plans available over $100.✦ I have the right to decline or cancel commissions before payment and refuse changes after the provided update (sketch/flat colours) are approved.✦ Turnaround time is up to 6 weeks (1.5 months) unless otherwise specified. (May vary based on queue). Reference sheets may take longer.✦ Completed commissions will be delivered via email as a full resolution .PNG file. Un-watermarked and watermarked for reposting.✦ Please be patient with communication, I will always respond as soon as possible.
Terms of Use
✦ Do not trace, copy, or heavily reference my art without permission.✦ My artwork, including commissions and designs, cannot be used in AI training or learning programs.
Use my art with AI = blacklisted.✦ Do not remove my watermark, but you may edit the artwork otherwise.✦ You may repost your commissioned piece with proper credit (username). Usage for icons, banners, reposting, marketing etc., is allowed.✦ Do not claim my artwork as your own creation.✦ I may post commissions as examples on my website/socials. Let me know if you’d like to be tagged or not.
Design t.o.s
✦ Holds on character designs last up to 7 days (1 week). If you cannot pay after this period, you will be blacklisted.✦ You may edit or redesign purchased characters. (This includes gender, species, markings, colour etc.) but please credit me as the original creator (especially on Toyhouse).✦ My artwork, including commissions and designs, cannot be used in AI training or learning programs.
Use my art with AI = blacklisted.✦ Co-owning my designs is allowed.✦ You may resell or trade my designs but cannot sell or trade them to blacklisted users.
Payment & Refunds
I do not offer refunds for designs. Refunds are only available for commissions/YCHs.✦ Payments are always upfront, before I start.
Payment plans available over $100.✦ Refunds are not available after I have started your commission.✦ If I haven’t started within 6 weeks (1.5 months), unless otherwise specified, a refund can be arranged.✦ PayPal fees are non-refundable.
I can only return the amount I receive after fees are deducted.✦ I don't charge commercial usage fees.
